Holosity

About Holosity.

Practical AI and systems implementation for allied health and aged care teams across Australia.

Why Holosity exists.

Most AI projects struggle, and not because of the technology. It's that the systems underneath the AI are still broken.

Service businesses have grown faster than their operations have matured. Tools don't talk. Approvals chase people. Admin takes up leadership time. Then AI gets bolted on top, and the chaos doesn't shrink. It just speeds up.

Holosity exists to fix that. We map the workflow first, build the systems that fit, and stay through adoption so the work actually gets used. That's it. The full cycle, in one engagement.

Outside of Holosity, our founder runs a digital agency and has been building software, automation and integrations for businesses for years. Holosity is where that energy is focused now: AI implementation that actually works because the systems underneath were redesigned first.

Built by operators, for operators.

Our team has spent over a decade in operational and digital roles across allied health, aged care, agency operations and SaaS. We've built systems for high-growth businesses, run digital agencies, delivered automation projects across Microsoft and Google ecosystems, and worked alongside leadership teams navigating real operational complexity.

Holosity is the focus we've brought everything we've learned into. AI strategy, AI implementation and AI adoption, delivered as one integrated practice.

Founder and CEO

I started in digital and operational delivery roles working with growth-stage Australian businesses. Over time, the same pattern kept showing up. Companies invested in tools, software and eventually AI, but the underlying operations stayed messy. The technology accelerated chaos instead of solving it.

I founded Holosity to fix that for established service businesses. The model is simple. We map how your business actually runs. We redesign the workflow where it needs redesigning. We build the right combination of AI, automation and custom software. And we stay through adoption to make sure your team uses what we deliver.

We work with allied health and aged care providers, and other operationally complex service businesses where the same admin and systems problems show up.

Three stages. One model.

Most AI consultancies skip stage one. Some skip stage three. We don't.

Stage 01

Strategy

Before we build anything, we map how your business actually runs. We find the bottlenecks, identify what's working and define what needs to change. The output is a roadmap your team can stand behind, not a deck full of generic recommendations.

Stage 02

Implementation

We build what fits. Inside your existing tools, alongside them or replacing them where it makes sense. AI agents, workflows, integrations, custom dashboards, internal tools. Tested and stabilised before handover.

Stage 03

Adoption

We don't disappear after delivery. We train your team, support rollout and optimise based on how the system is actually being used. The stage most consultancies skip is the one we treat as core.

What working with Holosity looks like.

Engagements start with a free Clarity Call. From there, most teams move into an AI & Systems Opportunity Map, a focused 90-minute session that maps one high-friction workflow and recommends a clear next step. From there we move into a 90-Day Systems Build, then Systems Support to keep it working as you grow.

We work with clients across Australia. We're based in Bundaberg and the greater region.

A few things we hold to.

01

AI strategy without implementation is theatre.

Slides and roadmaps don't ship. We build what we recommend.

02

Implementation without adoption is waste.

The team that has to use it has to be involved from day one. Otherwise it sits unused.

03

Honesty beats optimism.

If AI isn't the right answer for your situation, we'll tell you. We'd rather refer you elsewhere than deliver something that won't stick.
