Holosity Allied Health AI Pilot
Find where AI and better systems can create real value in your practice.
Allied health practices are using more technology than ever. More tools do not automatically mean better workflows. We start with what you already have, identify what is working, what is missing and what is actually worth changing.
We use our AI & Systems Opportunity Map to prioritise the opportunities across the practice, then take one agreed priority through to implementation.
- The AI & Systems Opportunity Map plus one priority built and running
- For allied health practices across Australia
- Second intake, limited places. Applications close 31st of January 2027
Good software does not stop the work that builds up around it.
Most practices already have capable systems. The admin still collects around them. A referral lands in an inbox and someone moves it across. A different funding pathway means another process to remember. Information gets entered twice. Follow-ups depend on someone remembering what happens next.
None of it looks enormous on its own. The hard part is knowing which one is actually worth fixing. That is what the pilot is for.
The technology is moving quickly. Practice systems are still catching up
62%
of the 1,970 respondents who answered said their digital training was self-taught.
46%
of workplaces were rated in the late-majority or traditionalist categories for digital readiness.

The challenge is not finding another AI tool. It is knowing what is useful, how it fits the systems and workflows already in place and how to implement it so the team actually uses it.
How the pilot works
- 01
AI & Systems Opportunity Map
We look across the practice to understand how it runs, how your systems and workflows fit together and where meaningful time and effort are going. Then we identify and prioritise what is worth doing. It works at the depth needed to make good decisions, rather than documenting every process.
- 02
One priority implementation
Together we choose one meaningful opportunity from the Map and take it through implementation, testing and documentation until your team is using it, with support after go-live.
A small number of focused sessions, on site or online. On site across South East Queensland and Wide Bay, online for practices anywhere in Australia. Most of the work happens on our side, and the pilot runs over roughly four to six weeks from the first session.
Two sizes, scoped to your practice
Pilot
For a practice that wants to start with one clear win.
- A mapping session with you or the practice owners
- One session with your front desk and admin team
- The AI & Systems Opportunity Map across your core workflows
- One small build, running (for example referral intake automated, an AI assistant or a dashboard)
- 30 days of support after go-live
- 12 months of access to your Map and data
Typically four to six weeks
Extended Pilot
For larger practices, several locations, or when you already suspect there's more than one fix.
- A mapping session with the practice owners
- Up to three sessions with your front desk, admin and clinical teams, across roles or locations
- The AI & Systems Opportunity Map across the whole practice, with costings, time-saving estimates and a recommended sequence of work
- One larger build or two small builds, running
- 60 days of support after go-live
- 12 months of access to your Map and data
Typically six to eight weeks
Both are a fixed fee, half to start and half when your build is live. We share pricing on the first call, once we know the pilot fits. If you go on to a larger build with us, part of your pilot fee comes off it.
What the implementation could be
Improve
Better configuration, workflow design or use of a system you already pay for.
Connect
Automation or integration when information and work need to move between systems.
Build
A new capability when there is a genuine gap, such as an AI assistant, agent, visibility tool or purpose-built workflow.
The approach is decided together with your practice, based on what the Opportunity Map finds. We do not choose the technology first.
What you leave with
AI & Systems Opportunity Map
The meaningful opportunities across the practice, mapped and prioritised.
Systems and workflow findings
How your systems, workflows and handoffs fit together and where the friction sits.
Prioritised opportunities
What is worth doing, what to leave alone and what your systems already solve.
One priority implementation
One agreed opportunity implemented, tested and documented, with your team using it.
Support after go-live
30 days on the Pilot, 60 days on the Extended Pilot. Questions, fixes and minor adjustments to what was delivered.
12 months of Holosity platform access
Your Map, findings and results together in one place.
You keep the full Opportunity Map and the broader findings, not only the one solution we implement.
Who this suits
- Multiple clinicians, services, funding pathways or locations
- Work that crosses several systems, with information entered more than once
- Software that is underused or disconnected
- Owners or managers spending their own time working around the systems
Why a pilot
This is a structured pilot with selected allied health practices. Each implementation is measured before and after go-live, and the findings will be published as an allied health sector report.
Practices are not identified in the report without their permission.
Second intake: limited places. Applications close on the 31st of January 2027, or when places are filled.
The Holosity Allied Health AI Pilot is run by Holosity and is not affiliated with any government program.

Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost?
It's a fixed fee, with two sizes so it fits your practice. We share pricing on the first call, once we know the pilot is a good fit. Half is paid to start and half when your build is live.
What exactly do we get?
Two things. An AI & Systems Opportunity Map across your practice, which is yours to keep, and one agreed priority from that Map built, tested and running with your team. The Extended Pilot goes deeper across the practice and includes a larger build or two smaller ones.
You only implement one thing. What happens to everything else you find?
You keep it. The full Map, the systems and workflow findings and the prioritised opportunities all stay in the Holosity platform for 12 months. The rest is yours to act on whenever you choose, with us or without us.
Do you replace our practice management software?
No. We start with what you already have. Splose, Cliniko, Nookal, Halaxy or anything else, it stays. If your existing system can already solve the problem, we configure it properly rather than building something new.
How much of our time does this take?
A small number of focused sessions with the people who understand how the work actually happens, online or on site, whichever suits the practice. Most of the mapping, analysis and implementation happens on our side.
Do you put patient information into AI tools?
No. The pilot works with operational information: steps, systems, timing and where things break. Patient information stays in the systems your practice has already approved.
What if AI is not the right answer for us?
Then we will say so. Part of what the Opportunity Map is for is working out where AI genuinely helps, where automation or better use of an existing system is more appropriate and where a person should stay in control.
What happens after the pilot?
You keep the implemented solution, the documentation, support after go-live and 12 months of Holosity platform access. Any further work is quoted separately and is entirely your choice. If you go ahead with a larger build, part of your pilot fee comes off it.
