Holosity Business AI Pilot
Find where AI genuinely helps your business. Then see it working.
We map how your business actually runs, show you where the time and effort go, then build one priority with you. We use what you already have where it works, and bring in something new where it doesn't.
- The AI & Systems Opportunity Map plus one build, running
- Two sizes, scoped to your business
- Limited places, applications close 31st of January 2027
Sound familiar?
- You've grown and the systems haven't kept up.
- Jobs, quotes and invoices live in three different places.
- Half of how the business runs is in one or two people's heads.
- Reporting takes someone's whole afternoon.
- You know AI could help. You're not sure where to start, or who to trust with it.
None of it looks dramatic on its own. Together it costs hours every week, and it's hard to see which part to fix first. That's what the pilot is for.
How the pilot works
- 01
Map
We sit with you and your team to understand how the work actually runs: the systems, the handoffs, who does what and where the time goes.
- 02
See it
Your AI & Systems Opportunity Map is a live, visual picture of your business. Where the time goes, where work is typed twice, where AI helps and where a person should stay in control.
- 03
Build
Together we choose one priority and build it, using your existing tools where they work and something new where they don't. Then we test it with your team until it's working.
- 04
Keep going
Support after go-live, and 12 months of access to your Map and your data in the Holosity platform.
A few focused sessions with you and your team. Most of the work happens on our side.
Two sizes, scoped to your business
Pilot
For a business that wants to start with one clear win.
- A mapping session with you or your leadership team
- One session with your team
- The AI & Systems Opportunity Map across your core workflows
- One small build, running (for example one workflow automated, an AI assistant or a dashboard)
- 30 days of support after go-live
- 12 months of access to your Map and data
Typically four to six weeks
Extended Pilot
For larger teams, several teams or sites, or when you already suspect there's more than one fix.
- A mapping session with your leadership team
- Up to three sessions with your teams, across roles or sites
- The AI & Systems Opportunity Map across the whole organisation, with costings, time-saving estimates and a recommended sequence of work
- One larger build or two small builds, running
- 60 days of support after go-live
- 12 months of access to your Map and data
Typically six to eight weeks
Both are a fixed fee, half to start and half when your build is live. We share pricing on the first call, once we know the pilot fits. If you go on to a larger build with us, part of your pilot fee comes off it.
What we could build
Enquiries and quotes
Enquiries captured, sorted and followed up, with quotes drafted from your own templates.
Inductions and onboarding
New staff or contractors inducted through one place, with the records kept for you.
Reporting
Your weekly numbers pulled together from your systems into one view, instead of one person's afternoon.
Team knowledge
An assistant that answers "how do we do this here" from your own procedures.
These examples are illustrative. What we build is chosen with you after the Map. We don't pick the technology first.
What you leave with
Your AI & Systems Opportunity Map
A live, visual map of how your business runs and where the opportunities are. Yours to keep.
Findings and priorities
What's worth doing, what to leave alone and what your current systems already solve.
One build, running
Built, tested and documented, with your team using it.
Support after go-live
Questions, fixes and small adjustments to what we built.
12 months of access
Your Map, findings and results together in one place.
A clear next step
What we'd recommend next, if anything. Entirely your choice.
Who this suits
- A growing team where the systems haven't kept pace
- Work that crosses several systems, with information entered more than once
- Software you already pay for that's underused or disconnected
- An owner or manager spending their own time working around the systems
- Someone in the business who can own the change
Why a pilot
We're running a limited number of pilots with businesses across different industries before the 31st of January 2027. Each build is measured before and after go-live, so you can see what changed. We never identify a business without its permission.
Limited places. Applications close on the 31st of January 2027, or when places are filled.

Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost?
It's a fixed fee, with two sizes so it fits your business. We share pricing on the first call, once we know the pilot is a good fit. Half is paid to start and half when your build is live.
Is this just a report?
No. You get a live Map you can explore, and one thing actually built and running in your business.
Do we need new software?
Not necessarily. We start with what you already have. If a system you already pay for can solve the problem, we set it up properly. If something new is genuinely needed, we'll show you why.
We already know what we want built. Can we start there?
Yes. We start with a short scoping session and the build, and you still get the Map afterwards as your list of what's next.
How much of our time does it take?
A few focused sessions with the people who know how the work actually happens. Most of the mapping, analysis and building happens on our side.
What about our data?
We work with operational information: steps, systems, timing and where things break. You own your data. Sensitive client information stays in the systems you've already approved.
What if AI isn't the right answer?
Then we'll say so. Part of the Map's job is showing where AI helps, where automation or better use of an existing system fits better and where a person should stay in control.
What happens after the pilot?
You keep the build, the documentation and 12 months of access to your Map and data. Any further work is quoted separately and is your choice. If you go ahead with a larger build, part of your pilot fee comes off it.
Apply for a place
We read every application personally and reply within one business day. The first step is a short call to check the pilot fits. Nothing is committed at that point.
